In a country already severely affected by heatwaves, wildfires, droughts, and flooding, and one that has just activated an emergency climate plan combining adaptation and decarbonisation, these exchanges took on a particularly resonant quality.
From the deck of the vessel, we sailed along the Barcelona coastline, caught a distant glimpse of the Sagrada Família, and shared exclusive sailing outings with Accor, Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, Phosphea - Groupe Roullier, and Delanchy, along with their teams and guests. This stopover also provided the opportunity to organise vessel tours with Qair and Rockwell Automation, focused on energy systems and onboard technologies.
Deploying the exhibition cube
Dockside, our immersion cube allowed partners and institutional guests to dive into the world of Energy Observer: the challenges of carbon neutrality, the reasons behind our new expedition, and the innovations being tested at sea. It was also a chance to share some convivial moments, including a cocktail reception co-hosted with Qair.
